We charge R1 500 for the use of the venue for 4 hours and 30 minutes. Please note this includes setting up and cleaning. Cleaning usually takes at least an hour. Kindly note that an additional refundable deposit of R500 is charged upfront, in cash. This amount will be refunded to you immediately after our team has confirmed and agreed with the you that no losses, breakages or damages have occurred. R1500 is for parents with children in the school, the price for “out side” parents is R2000, R500 deposit for both.

We understand that life happens! Kindly note, if you cancel more than 8 days before the booking date, we charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the deposit. If you cancel 7 days or less before the booking date, or your party doesn’t show on the day, you will unfortunately forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.

The cost covers 4 hours and 30 minutes and you can plan accordingly. Please read through our Venue -document carefully for specific and all other relevant information.
