Sea Sprites Information & Rules

Weekdays 06h45 – 17h30, including school holidays unless otherwise communicated.
Weeksdae 06h45 – 17h30, insluitend skoolvakansies tensy anders gekommunikeer.
Lunch and an afternoon snack are provided daily to Sea Sprites children.
Middagete en ’n middaghappie word daagliks aan Sea Sprite-kinders voorsien.
Please ensure all belongings are clearly marked and extra clothing is packed in case of emergencies.
Sorg dat alle besittings duidelik gemerk is en dat ekstra klere ingepak word vir noodgevalle.

Monthly fees: please refer to the current Financial Terms. Collections after 17h30 will result in a fine.
Maandelikse fooie: sien asseblief die huidige Finansiële Bepalings. Optel na 17h30 sal ’n boete tot gevolg hê.
Permanent Sea Sprites: Fees are payable monthly in advance on or before the 3rd of every month (1 Jan – 1 Dec).
Permanente Sea Sprites: Fooie is maandeliks vooruitbetaalbaar voor of op die 3de van elke maand (1 Jan – 1 Des).
Casual Sea Sprites: Billed for the days attended. Fees are payable monthly in arrears.
Ongereelde Sea Sprites: Gefaktureer volgens dae bygewoon. Fooie is maandeliks agterstallig betaalbaar.
No discount is given due to absence as a result of school holidays, public holidays, annual leave, or illness.
Geen afslag word toegestaan weens afwesigheid as gevolg van skoolvakansies, openbare vakansiedae, jaarlikse verlof of siekte nie.
Permanent Sea Sprites will be billed from the enrolment date until 31 December, unless one calendar month’s written notice is received to withdraw from Sea Sprites or change to “Casual”. No cancellations after 31 October will be refunded.
Permanente Sea Sprite-fooie sal vanaf inskrywingsdatum tot en met 31 Desember gehef word, tensy ’n skriftelike kennisgewing van een kalendermaand ontvang word om te onttrek of na “Casual” te verander. Geen kansellasies na 31 Oktober nie.
